One of the client's challenges was how to accurately set customer expectations for what can be a quite challenging back-country engagement. Up till recently they had relied on a high-touch concierge reservation process, allowing staff to set those expectations. But as they wanted to build online booking facility, the web experience had to take up some of the slack. This "quiz" was part of the solution, "subversively" communicating an overview of activities, and ensuring users knew that "trailblazer" was an option.
I designed and assembled a series of about ten headers and splash screens to reinforce a common family brand.
